FINALLY! It's #spring in NYC and I'm obsessing over all the beautiful produce at the market. With a new baby at home I'm focused more than ever on eating well with my family, so thought I'd share some of my cravings, featuring a new fruit or veggie each week, and starting with spring peas. Because SPRING PEAS! I snack on them raw or blanch them briefly to preserve that sweet pea flavor and crunch, then chop them into salads and pasta. More recipe inspo to come.
