Who is Fran Lebowitz?
An American writer and public speaker, Fran Lebowitz is well famous for her very sardonic social commentary in American life since filtered by her New York City sensibilities. She grew up in a traditional Jewish household. Fran was made to leave high school and was then hired by artist Andy Warhol to function as a columnist for Interview. Fran started smoking at a young age and became the advocate for the rights of physicians. Fran is notorious for sporting several identifying bits: Men’s white button shirt, Tshirt, tortoiseshell eyeglasses, Wingtip cowboy boots. Lebowitz was appointed among this year’s most fashionable girls in Vanity Fair’s 68th Annual International Best-Dressed List at 2007. Fran was included at the Martin Scorsese documentary, Public Speaking.
